With over 20 years of experience working with families, schools, and service providers, our organization is committed to turning obstacles into opportunities and ensuring that every child, regardless of ability, has access to the resources they need to thrive.
At Thrive³, we believe that empowered parents create stronger families and that strong families lead to thriving children. Our unique 3-T Model—Teach, Transform, Thrive—guides everything we do, from one-on-one coaching to comprehensive training programs. We equip parents with practical strategies to navigate special education systems, advocate for their children, and foster resilience within their families.

A Passionate Advocate for Families & Children with Disabilities
Shneequa Davis-Lake is the CEO and Founder of Thrive³ Parenting Solutions LLC, a dedicated organization that empowers parents to navigate the challenges of raising children with disabilities. With over 20 years of experience in special education, disability advocacy, and family support, Shneequa has been a guiding force for countless families, educators, and service providers.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. As the mother of a child with Autism, she understands firsthand the emotional, educational, and systemic challenges that parents face. This personal journey has fueled her commitment to ensuring that no family has to navigate this path alone. She founded Thrive³ Parenting Solutions to bridge the gap between families and the resources they need, offering expert coaching, advocacy, and education to help parents feel confident and empowered.
